about
Douglas Orofino is countertenor performer, choral conductor, and private voice teacher based in Chicago. Originally from the West Coast, he is currently a second-year graduate student at the Chicago College of Performing Arts, where he studies classical voice performance with renowned countertenor Mark Crayton. Douglas holds a faculty position at the Merit School of Music where he teaches classical voice, music theory, and conducts a middle school choir.
